Ordering / Cancellation

All of our holsters are built custom to your personal selection, because of this we cannot accept modifications or cancellations once your order has been placed.

 

Warranty Policy

All holsters are backed by our limited lifetime warranty. If the holster has been cut, reheated, or otherwise altered and/or sold by a third party that is not an authorized dealer, the warranty will be voided. We do not warranty holsters for cosmetic damages or blemishes. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the holster to us and we will pay for the return shipping to the customer. In the event that you have received an item that is defective out of the box, we will cover all shipping costs necessary to replace the defective/incorrect item.

 

Return policy

Holster return policy:

Please ensure that you have ordered the correct gun model, gun/light combo, and holster style because all custom orders are final. 

We accept returns for up to 30 days from the purchase date on Ready To Ship items only.

All products not on the Ready To Ship page are considered to be CUSTOM.

Returned items must be in new,  unused condition.

Returns are not accepted if this criteria is not met. Custom orders are still eligible for warranty service.

Accessories and hardware return:

All hardware components and accessories can be returned inside of 30 days as long as it is unopened and packaging is in original condition.

A 5% restocking fee will be required.

All manufactures warranties still apply.
